This series is based different styles of music - jazz or classical - each one bringing a particular visual interpretation.

Title: [Laura] - Acrylics on canvas - 20' x 20'

"Laura" is a 1945 popular song composed by David Raksin, with lyrics written by Johnny Mercer. It has since become a jazz standard with over four hundred known recordings. It was adapted from the theme of the 1944 American film noir directed by Otto Preminger and starring Gene Tierney.
